I'm focusing the product on the new fade-public board — one high-conviction pick a night, only when the public is loud on the wrong side and a trusted capper is aligned with us. No 4-agent debate, no padding, no daily slate filler.

The historical picks are still in the database and still queryable via /api/picks — this UI surface is just paused while the strategy resets. The new ledger starts with the next graded pick.
